We received our first winter-month National Grid bill yesterday. With the temperature set to a minimum of 61 degrees all the time, our bill for the month was $112. We’re thrilled with the radiant heating, and amazed at how efficient the energy use is! We feel very grateful for the beautiful house you’ve built for us.Thanks,Hugh and Kathy

Five years ago we bought a piece of property and knocked the previous home down. We actually talked to you at a home show about 4 years ago but held off doing anything until this year. In July we contacted you and had our first meeting with you. With your help we picked out our home that would best suit us and our piece of property then you helped us tweak it to make it even better than we imagined. Our home was delivered in October, and now I’m in it before Christmas and we are so happy with how everything turned out.
I have to let you know that everyone who worked on our home from the surveyor that you suggested to the excavators who prepped our property to your crew that finished the house was simply the best! The team leader Kain was exceptional, he was so helpful and very dedicated to make sure we had everything the way we wanted it. I really want you to know the people that I had contact with were very good at their job and they work great together. Your staff electrician Dan was also very helpful answering question and helping me decide on decisions upstairs and the basement. I also want to mention the subcontractors you have working for your company were wonderful… the person who you had install the flooring did a spectacular job. Our home was built in a factory but so much had to be done once it was set on our property and your crew and subcontractors that you hired deserved to be acknowledged for their craft.
Once again thank you for your guidance through this journey we are very pleased with everything. I just wished we didn’t wait as long as we did to get started.
