MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM 

CECIL PROVOST is the owner of Saratoga Construction and Saratoga Modular Homes.  A 30+ year veteran of new home sales and marketing, he founded Saratoga Modular Homes in 2008 to serve the many clients who approached him looking for a quality-built home at an affordable price.  Provost is also owner of our sister companies Saratoga Construction (general contracting firm specializing in custom homes, light commercial projects and custom barns), Saratoga Log Homes (high-performance insulated log homes), Saratoga Cabinetry (premium kitchen and bath cabinetry) and ProRealty of New York (full-service real estate firm), all based in Saratoga Springs NY.

JENNIFER SNYDER is our Business Manager.  She manages our financial affairs, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll employee benefits.

DOMINIC TOCCO  is our Capital District Regional Sales Manager. Dominic has worked in modular home sales for 20+ years, and has helped over 200 families design and build their new home.

CHRIS CONNOLLY is our Adirondack Regional Sales Manager.  Chris has worked in new home sales for nearly 20 years, and helped hundreds of families design and build their new home.

TIM MONAHAN is our Kitchen Specialist.   Tim has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, does custom kitchen designs for our clients, and manages our Saratoga Cabinetry division.

We also have a large team of veteran construction and real estate professionals to serve our clients needs.
