Although we are based in Saratoga Springs NY, we service the entire “Tech Valley” region of upstate New York from Albany to the Adirondacks. As a custom modular home builder, our goal is to satisfy our clients. So if that means travelling to Colonie, Guilderland, Loudonville, Altamont, Latham, Delmar, or anywhere else in Albany County NY then we’ll go there. If it means travelling to East Greenbush, North Greenbush, Brunswick, Averill Park, Schaghticoke, or anywhere else in Rensselaer County NY then we’ll go there. If it means travelling to Niskayuna, Glenville, Rotterdam, Scotia or anywhere else in Schenectady County NY then we’ll go there.
