THE SARATOGA MODULAR TEAM CECIL PROVOST is the owner of Saratoga Modular Homes. A 25+ year veteran of new home sales and marketing, he founded Saratoga Modular in 2008 to serve the many clients who approached him looking for a quality-built home at an affordable price. Provost is also owner of our sister companies Saratoga Construction (general contracting firm specializing in custom homes, light commercial projects and custom barns), Timber Block Log Homes of Upstate NY (high-performance insulated log homes), and ProRealty of New York (full-service real estate firm), all based in Saratoga Springs NY. MIKE McLAUGHLIN is our Sales Manager. Mike has also been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Before joining our team he was national Director of Sales & Marketing at Lincoln Logs, and previously worked as a Project Manager for a major commercial construction firm. CRAIG LAFAVE is our Project Manager. Craig has been in the modular home industry for over 15 years, and brings invaluable expertise to our team. Craig was previously the New York/New England Regional Manager for Champion Homes, one of the largest modular home companies in the nation. LESLIE McLAIN is our Office Manager. Also a veteran Realtor with ProRealty of NY, Leslie runs our office, coordinates our marketing programs and events, and provides administrative support to our clients and staff. TOM DERCOLE is a Sales Associate who covers the greater Capital District for us. Tom is especially knowledgable in “Green” building, and is a veteran Realtor with the EcoBroker designation. CHRIS JAKUBIAK is a Sales Associate who lives and works in southern Saratoga County. Chris is also a licensed appraiser and a Realtor with ProRealty. ORSON KLENDER is a Sales Associate and Realtor who lives and works in Saratoga Springs. |
